How long will it take to sell my property?

The vast majority of properties we list for sale typically sell in 45 days or less. We study the market daily and research where the market is headed. The first 2 weeks your property is listed for sale are the most crucial and if the home is not sold within 30-45 days we re-evaluate and have a meeting with you as the seller to go over how we will move forward in getting the property sold.

Can I pick the buyer of my home?

We do our best to advise and assist you as the owner which offer(s) are suited best for you and your family to accept and enter into the closing stages. However with that said, due to the strict Fair Housing laws in California, you nor our team are allowed to pick and choose who buys your home as they would be a violation of these terms.
